VEHICLES

We offer rent to own terms for vehicles which are either part of our fleet or freshly imported by us.   You must have at least a 30% upfront deposit and reliable source of income. 

We may also arrange finance for you through an independent broker if required.  

Conditions

 Term:            Contract for 3 to 12 months 
 Deposit:         30% or more.  Larger the deposit larger the savings

 Our Responsibility

• We will provide vehicles registered for one year.
• Vehicle in full working condition with blue slip or pink as the case may be.

Your Responsibility

• Register with us electronically – free of charge on https://portal.commuti.com.au/account/register.
• Inspect the vehicle to your satisfaction.  We will allow you to take the vehicle for inspection upon leaving a refundable deposit with us.
• Pay for the comprehensive insurance monthly or annually.  We will arrange for the insurance on your behalf. Clients in ACT or VIC may need to pay extra if intending to drive for rideshare.
• Maintain vehicle until you assume ownership and provide service documents
• Maintain break down/roadside assistance service

 At the end of the term, on a payment of $1.00, vehicle ownership will be transferred to you at your own expenses.

Contract can be terminated any time after serving four weeks’ notice and owe nothing provided rents have been paid and vehicle is in the same condition as supplied.

If you wish to pay off early, you can do so after one month with premium we charge monthly waived off for the balance term. 

There are other conditions as part of the contract which will be advised once you agree to above.

You Must:

•  be over 25 with a clean Australian license 
•  establish direct debit for weekly rent
•  must have an eTag to pay for tolls.
• Must satisfy 100-point identification to meet Australian Federal Police identity requirements.
