Bond of $1000 is retained and refunded after returning vehicle in the same condition provided no toll charges or speeding fines received or vehicle is undamaged.
Drivers must hold a full NSW license and should be over 25.
You must have an eTag in order to rent the vehicle.
Rental is weekly and cannot be pro rata which means even if you return a vehicle a day early or late by a few days, rent will be payable for the whole week unless prior arrangement has been made with us.
You must establish a direct credit arrangement for the payment of rent. Failure to pay rent in time will lead to the vehicle being recalled.
If you wish to end the rental you must give us two weeks' notice and pay for the next weekly rentals. Vehicle must be returned by the end of agreed rental period failing which and in the absence of prior advice, the vehicle will be reported to Police as stolen.
In case of multiple week rental, failure to pay rent when it is due and failure to elicit a response after three attempts, the vehicle will be reported stolen and necessary police action will follow.
Where infringement notices or toll notices are to be processed by us, we will charge $10 for each notice.
Vehicle must be returned with a full tank and in clean condition inside out. Failure to return the vehicle will lead to deduction of $50 from the bond.
In the event of an accident, you must not drive the vehicle until it has been authorised by us. Subject to insurance arrangement, an equivalent rental car (non-hybrid) may be supplied if available until repair is sorted out.
Vehicle registration for ride share will be the responsibility of Renter.
